Creekview Boys take the title as Champions in the North Dallas TISCA Meet!

Creekview Swim & Dive participated in the CFB hosted North Dallas TISCA Invitational this past weekend with diving on Thursday, swim prelims on Friday and swim finals on Saturday. The North Dallas TISCA Invitational is a qualifying meet and we competed against 23 other teams. Only a select few athletes were able to qualify and only top 9 moved to finals. Noah Overduin, Junior, was the only diver eligible to compete on last Thursday and did his best effort but unfortunately finished 4th and was unable to score.

Prelims went excellently with our athlete all dropping time across the board – hitting best times in their events and races. All athletes were eligible to move to finals either as top 9 participants or alternates. Finals went even better than expected as our athletes went right on the best times 24 hours later and some even managed to drop additional time! Notable recognition goes to Anthony Paculba for breaking his previous record for the natatorium that he set earlier this year as well as to Zackary Baldridge and Daniel Kim for being available and ready to go as alternates when an athlete was unable to show for the meet.

Overall scoring, Creekview Men’s were deemed the 2021 North Dallas TISCA Champions with 247 over Burleson High School’s 237.

Please be sure to congratulate and recognize these athletes for their excellent performances!
