CRITERIA FOR NOMINATION OF CANDIDATES:
A candidate must be someone who demonstrated character, citizenship, success and leadership during his/her affiliation with Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD AND must meet the guidelines in one of the following categories:
Athlete:
1. Attended and/or graduated from a CFBISD school and went on to a professional athletic career.
2. Attended and/or graduated from a CFBISD school and is an Olympic Medalist
Coach:
1. Coached a UIL sanctioned sport while employed by CFBISD and went on to coach at the professional level.
The Selections committee reserves the right to make exceptions to these guidelines for special circumstances.
The nomination form is a google form you will need to have a google sign in to use the online form or please contact the Athletic Department at 972-968-5660 for a form to be emailed to you.
